Welding is a fabrication process that metal parts are fused together by welding machine such as spot welding and MIG (Metal Inert Gas) welding.
Spot welding machine can fuse metal sheets that have medium thickness around 0.5 – 1.6 mm. The machine can control electrical current and welding’s period of time on each welding point suited for differences of its thickness.
MIG (Metal Inert Gas) Machine can fuse metal sheets that have thickness over 1.2 mm. MIG welding can continuously process that makes it quicker than other welding technique. Also, it performs very high-quality and clear result which suits for delicate works and products.
All products are coated with industrial powder coating by spray system to clean oil and Electro-static Powder Coating system through an oven under proper temperatures to produce high quality products before silk screening process. Maximum size for work is 800 mm x 800 mm x 2200 mm.
